With each new year, I begin to think of ways to declutter my studio and make working more efficient. Since I spend much of my waking time in the studio, it should be a place of comfort , and a pleasure to see.
I've had my eye on the Martha Stewart Living Craft Space .....
This 31"H x 42"W storage console could store
2 gallon glaze buckets, and allow a work space on top. ( now priced at $170)
The space table comes in two different heights. I like to stand , so the 36"H x 54"W
table would work well. ( now priced at $233)
On my list of studio jobs this weekend is:
* Discard old, unused glazes and buy new matching buckets.
* Donate tools and items I no longer use.
*Throw away saved bisque ware that is just collecting dust.
*Arrange tools in plastic bins, and mugs where they are most convenient.
*Buy a new work light.
*Go through books and magazines.....discard or donate old, unused ones.
*Clean, clean, clean
Looking forward to a productive 2013!
