I've begun the Montana Artrepreneur Program. One of our projects is to keep a journal about our landscape and how it inspires our artwork. It is interesting how things that you might normally pass right by become more clearly in focus.
My landscape is snow capped mountains, Ennis Lake, and pastures dotted with horses, cows, deer, and an occasional moose. I am captivated by the movements of wildlife and the solitary moose .
Yesterday , our Montana spring brought snow, sunshine, rain, and sleet. The landscape surrounding my studio changed throughout the day. Each vision held a new inspiration. Here are some of the things I saw.....what's in your landscape??
